great location helpful staff luggage storage
the location was great for accessing queen street. the staff were helpful when i needed extra towels. the room included basic amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, i found that very useful. a big bonus was the available luggage storage after check-out, it allowed me to explore without bags.
the walls seemed quite thin, i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms at times.

The breakfast was served in the neighboring hotel, the spread was quite decent. it offered a selection of cereals, pastries, and hot items. This made the mornings easier.

the hotel is close to the k road area, i walked there in under 10 minutes. it is also near several bus stops, this provided quick transport options. the civic theatre is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

the check-in process was fast, i was in my room within minutes. staff promptly addressed my request for an extra pillow, a big help. housekeeping maintained the room cleanliness every day.

check in was quick i found the reception person friendly. the hotel is near bus routes. the hotel food was nice for the price.
housekeeping of my room was lacking i was there for more than a week. there wasn't any cleaning of the facilities or the floor.

amazing bed queen room
the awesome queen room included an amazing bed with night lights. i also appreciated the tv, a phone, and a fan.
The hotel room was quite small. This made moving around a little difficult.

spacious bed thoughtful touches simple morning
I stayed in a queen room and found the bed spacious and comfortable. the bathroom included soap, body wash, and moisturizer. I appreciated these thoughtful touches. there was also a jug with cups and coffee and tea.
The television offered limited channels. I wished for more variety.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made getting around easy. The staff was helpful with directions. I also found the provision of laundry facilities quite useful.
The bar seemed unused. The restaurant area also looked abandoned. Elevators felt unsafe. There was an odour in the lobby on my floor.

convenient location friendly staff great view
I found the location convenient. The hotel is close to many dining options. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They readily assisted with printing documents. The view from my room, especially of the sky tower, was lovely.
The deposit requirement did create a temporary hold on funds.
